INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiling water
ó teaspoons dried thyme or 1 tsp fresh thyme
METHOD
Place thyme in a cup and fill with boiling water.
Cover and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.
Strain and serve with honey and/or lemon if you wish.
