• 1 cup medjool dates (pitted)
• 1/2 cup slivered almonds
• 1/2 cup cashews
• 1/3 cup cacao powder
• 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
• 1/3 cup shredded coconut
Blend all ingredients together in a high powered food processor.
Roll into balls and for something a little fancy, roll in sesame seeds or shredded coconut.
Place in the freezer to firm up for at least 30 minutes.
